Regarding recent debate in the media ÁTVR wants to clarify few facts. Since ÁTVR was established it has been operating with profit. Usually the profit is paid directly to the  Icelandic Treasury. Below you can see a table of annual profit over the last six years and the corresponding payments to the Treasury.

Over the last six years, ÁTVR has profited 7.7 billion in revenue from the operation and from that earnings 7.1 billion goes to the Treasury. Virtually all revenue from ÁTVR´s oparations are paid directly to the Treasury. All speculations about ÁTVR not operating with profit are therefore not true.

Customers have been very satisfied with ÁTVR´s service. Over the last two years ÁTVR scored the highest in Íslenska Ánægjuvogin which measures customer satisfaction of leading companies in several industries.
