Zwickel / Kellerbier

Zwickel and Kellerbier (cellar beer) are German beer varieties that are neither pasteurised nor clarified. These beers can be either ales or lagers. Hop characteristics are present but not necessarily very prominent. Zwickel is traditionally slightly less flavourful than Kellerbier.
