Return Policy

All products available in Vínbúðin can be returned  if  they are intact and undamaged. Returns can be made for up to 30 days and it's necessary to bring a receipt, invoice or have the items marked with a return label. 

The invoice for online orders is always available at My sites.

Please note that return labels are not put on special orders, as they cannot be returned. Return labels are also not put on bulk orders, in which case an invoice can be used for returns.
