This recipe is from:

- 24 pcs. tiger prawns
- ½ pcs. pineapple
- 2 pcs. avocado
- 2 tbsp. capers
- ¼ pcs. red onion
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- ¼ pcs. chili
- ¼ pcs. ginger
- 2-3 cloves garlic
Garlic and ginger is pureed in a food processor with a little oil. Tiger prawns are marinated in the mixture for about 10 minutes and then grilled for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Pineapple, avocado, capers, onion, chili and fresh coriander are all finely cut and mixed together with a little salt, and served with the grilled prawns.
Wine selecion:
