This recipe is from:

Tandoori marinate
- 350 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 10-15 g tomato paste
- 4 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc. fresh chili, deceeded and finely sliced
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp. garam masala
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- salt
- pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Put the chicken into the marinade and leave it to marinate for up to a day.
Beetroot-raita
- 350 g Greek yogurt
- 1 beetroot, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- A little salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the chicken.
Wine selecion:
With this dish we choose organic red wine, berried and medium (fruity). A little sweetness would help. You can also find your own pairings in the Product search.
