On May 3rd , the summer season will begin in Vínbúðin. There has been a growing interest in seasonal products, with the seasons being Þorri, Easter, summer, October and Christmas. This year the summer season will likely include around 70 products, mostly summer seasonal beer and also mead and soda mixes. Seasonal products are only available during the summer months and are usually specially produced only during the summer. The summer seasonal products are available between May 3rd and August 31st.
