Vínbúðin received the highest score of all retail stores in Íslenska ánægjuvogin (Icelandic Customer Satisfaction Committee). 

The retail companies BYKO and Húsasmiðjan, the grocery stores Krónan, Nettó, Bónus and Costco, are among the retail companies in the same category. Vínbúðin also has the fourth highest overall rating of all the 29 companies measured in Íslenska ánægjuvogin.
