The December issue of Vínblaðið (The wine magazine) is full of exciting articles. In this Holiday issue the focus is on fine food and the wine that goes well with it; we have recipes for decadent desserts and helpful hints for pairing dessert wine with it, as well as recipes for gooseliver paté and sauces made from scratch. There is an article about pairing wine with the turkey that can be found on many holiday tables and an overview of the Christmas beers that can be found on our shelfs this season. The magazine is in Icelandic and  is available free of charge in all Vínbúðin stores.
