Tandoori chicken

This recipe is from:

  • 8 pcs. Chicken thighs

Tandoori marinate

  • 350 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 10-15 g tomato paste
  • 4 cm fresh ginger, grated
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc. fresh chili, deceeded and finely sliced
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • salt
  • pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Put the chicken into the marinade and leave it to marinate for up to a day. 


Beetroot-raita

  • 350 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 beetroot, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • A little salt to taste


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the chicken.

 

Wine selecion: 

With this dish we choose organic red wine, berried and medium (fruity). A little sweetness would help. You can also find your own pairings in the Product search
