Beef salad with parmesan cheese

This recipe is from:

  • 600 g beef
  • 2 bags rucola
  • parmesan
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste

The beef is cut into strips and fried in a pan with a little salt and pepper. Balsamic vinegar is added to the pan and boiled for about 1-2 minutes. Beef is removed from the pan and the balsamic vinegar is reduced by half. The ruccola is placed on the plate, the beef put on top of it and balsamic reduction drizzled over both. Finally the parmesan is sliced thinly and sprinkled over the salad. 

Wine selecion:
